No Loot Bag from Ostland Capture

I did not receive a purple bag from the capture of Ostland. Image with proof of roll and winning a bag:

I have checked my mail and now approximately 30 minutes later I still have not received my bag. Others received their bags when asking in /advice and /4 for the capture of Ostland.
