Missing Characters

I tried logging into my account and all my characters were gone. I looked in the armory and they were still there. I think i may have the wrong email and username.
My characters were Mordeath (KoTBS RR41), Mordrode (RP lvl 27) and a few other ones including an IB and a zealot.

Can anyone help please?

I actually have the same problem, though I haven't been online for over a year so I though they might had wiped the server.

Your characters are in armory so the best bet is you are logging on wrong account. There was a wipe of inactive characters over 2 years ago I guess
