I read the ToS and did not see anything specific on realm swapping, what are the exact rules on it?

So, I like playing Destro. But i also have Order characters. My dad and I play this game together like we used to back during live, and I was just wondering if there would be a certain list of rules that do NOT allow one of us to play Order, and the other Destro. We are also on the same IP. Can anyone help?

There is no specific rules about xrealming atm. Dont worry about that.
We are studying options to introduce a soft lock system in the future. We are aware many ppl are able to play in the same house on different factions.
