Return of Reckoning

been trying to do this quest for hours cant find the pile and i searched the new and this is what i found

"Inspiring Confidence" (The Skull Pile to refresh your quest is at (44, 35)

i went to that location but nothing is there even searched the whole area

is this quest bugged or can someone help me

You have to kill the Savage Skulltakers for one of the skulls and then the red looking mob "Savage Bloodskull" guy to get the other skull for the offering. Once you have all the skulls, takes a while for one to drop off the red looking mob, go back to the pile and then click it two three times it will spawn a demon named "Izakar" kill him and turn the quest in.

After that, you can complete the quest "Inspiring Confidence" and then if you come back and click on the skull pile he will spawn again and give another quest to take Izakar's skull back to the war camp.
