WE U.i. issue

Hi guys, i've just started playing a WE and i cant see the bloodlust indicator, i don't know if this is a bug or else but searching on forum (and on google) i haven't found anything about this issue, can someone give me some clue?

So you will need to review your layout editor. Sounds like your resource bar is set to hidden.
KILL THEM ALL AND LET THE GODS SORT THEM OUT

Happened to me that couldnt find it on layout editor so you also can try this:
in game write
/script WindowSetShowing("EA_CareerResourceWindow", true)
