Multi issues this morning

I logged in this morning to do more of the new city sc's and for reason they were not popping for me, so I changed masks and made sure I was wearing one and tried again still nothing, even thow my guild mate said it was fine for him, it was not working for me at all. So nest i went to the "Join SC Que" button and looked threw the list to just que for those to city sc's to my surprise they were not there. I logged out of game again came back still no city sc's on the list. I dont know whats happened but that slow bug where i just move around slow is also back even on horse back, and i can not take anything out of my mailbox..

Please help..

PS even the website is acting weird.

no i am currently Lv 37 , and i was play yesterday just fine. I have like 85 MVP tokens
