Character disappered..slowly

So I logged in on two days ago and my WE had her tome of knowledge reset and all her gear gone. She had starter knives again. I was in the loading screen and saw the character flash and all her armor changed. I log in, see the Tome was reset and also all inventory in bags ins gone. XP didnt drop and I still had my gold. I petitioned and just bought some new RVR gear. I log in today and character is not in character select anymore. What is this? I had a GM look into it the first day but they ghosted in the middle of conversation so not sure what game of it.
