trouble creating new character

Ever since yesterday when I deleted my two order characters, and trying to create new ones, it bugged and wont allow me to create a character. When I finish my customization and click done it says you used an invalid name or duplicate please try again, I've used 20 different names and it still wont work, any tips or tricks on how to fix this. Many thanks ^_^

check the armory if anyone of those 20 names is already in use:

If yes: pick a name thats not used in the armory

If no: panic! (I have no clue)
