Problem with Epic quest Avelorn

Greetins ! !
these chain quest have a problem in the step 10 (kill 8 impetuous apprentice) in the PQ Trial by fire, the stage 1 is bug, there are not npc for kill.

I have searched all the other PQs and nowhere is the NPC that I need, in that PQ that you say, only 3 types of NPC are achieved, the 4th is achieved in the PQ trial by fire, and you just have to go to that PQ to realize that this bug because there are none of the NPCs that are needed to pass the 1 stage (in fact, there are only 3 npc and 2 are champions).

The pq needs to be restarted which i think only a reboot can fix sometimes the mobs dont spawn
