Apart from that it sometimes happen with a way to kill your process or force a disconect.
Make a video and send it a GM. No public shaming. People WERE punished in the past.

You actually don't get RR what that happens, only loot (tokens, etc).

If it would work like Glorian said, case dismissed. If you get even slightly touched in RvR and you disconnect, credit goes to the person that dealt the most damage, and you can cry as much as you want, cause it matters not cause the person killing you got the reward for it. Thing is that I think that is not really possible to implement anything other than "last blow gets the reward" system. It has been tried and didn't work.

If you were to play order more, you will see that sore losers inhabit both realms. The same raw amount. In fact the guild I spoke of is a destro guild, but, who cares? They are not destro, or order; they are simply sore losers.

<no name and shame> did that to me on his Slayer when I tried to gank him, only to relog back with full health few second after and kill me when I had no cds left.

There is a significant difference between a natural game crash and a player forced crash. Because of this we send different messages when they occur, the forced crash calls them a coward and i've been corrected
