Today in the city I won 3 bags.

In the first stage a blue one. (We lost)
In the second stage a white one. (We lost)
In the third stage a golden one. (We won)

The first and second arrived in the email as soon as 10-15 seconds to go after the internship ended.
The third did not come by email. When there were 3 minutes to go, we were sent to nordland.

After the city, I went to the email and received two bags. One blue (first stage) and one golden. Only that gold was the white one before.

I believe it has a bug. The last bag is not being sent to the email. Instead, the program is changing a bag already sent in the other stages by the most recent bag. And inside the golden bag there were only 5 medals. The sov / warlord piece did not come. I came in second. The person who came in first also complained that he did not receive the golden bag.

If possible, check my account logs, please and send me the golden bag from the last expired stage.

I hope I contributed to the improvement of the game.

Try to send another mail to your character with a copper in it.

Also sometimes bags might take some time to arrive, if it really got stuck it might even arrive after a server reset.

I think the longest I had to wait on a bag was 2 days iirc.

Hopefully it still arrives for you, if it doesn't thats really unfortunate but I think those bags do not get refunded by the devs

They don't get refunded, but I believe we are tracking that specific bag issue to see if we can more reliably send it in the future.

i have the same poblem. Today i cant loot my Gold Bag in Stage 3. (We lose)

Hope it will be send after a Server Restart.

Something strange just happened in the city.

Even though I was the highest dps in the first stage, I was 22 in contribution. I rolled 33 and finished last.

Then in the second stage, even with one of the biggest damages, I was last in contribution and then I was 13. Only I didn't receive any bags, while the ones below received.

In the third stage, even though I did a lot of damage, I was 24 again in contribution. And I was 18, I didn't win a bag either. Others after me won.

How is this possible?

Stage 3 purple bag lost. Tried to get it from both chests, and none of them worked for me.

Strange I could loot my White Bag yesterday. Was playing Destro, wasnt the Champ, and we won stage 3. Anything different for you Ototo?

Not really. Today I was not the champ either. Was in order. Won 3rd stage only cause 2nd bugged out and gave destro victory on Engra reaching South Docks. 3rd stage in palace, I wasn't champion today, and at the end could not loot my bag

wait for server restart. it solved for me but that was weekend.
