Return of Reckoning

As the title states, quite a few quest givers don't have an icon above them. I was wondering if there is a way to make them all show?

I've noticed that as well since a few patches ago. The quests are there, but there is no icon alerting you to that fact, so you have to just click 'blank' NPCs to find them.
