Can not buy victorious gear

I'm rr lvl 75, rank 1570 with 2700 emblems and I'm trying to buy the boots of the victorious set that costs 1675 and it does not let me purchase them...
I tried asking around but I did not find any information on the issue.
any ideas ?

There is an open bugtracker report. I cant buy stuff too and did the 60 matches. But the system dont could all played games.

Very annoying... emblems takes forever to make and you can't even use them
