Return of Reckoning

It doesn't seem too much to ask for a mouselook + forward binding option, but I've run out of ways to try and rig this the last few days with Synapse, existing in-game binds, etc. I could have sworn I had it setup on the old game, but maybe it was all a dream.

What dev do I need to pay, and what method, to get some mouselook love?
