Tome of knowledge weird bug

Tome of knowledge can't be accessed. When it's opened it shows like this and no input on it does anything except can press X to close it. Has anyone else countered this problem and found a way to fix it?
Using Viny Ui and have tried removing it and using old UI and it didn't work.

I have exactly the same issue since last week.
Anyone know how to fix this?

Any solutions for this problem yet? My Tome of Knowledge is broken as well, can't access quests, sets, info, anything.

Yep, I repaired client and applied the most recent patch, tome still bugged as the pic shows (above)

Found the problem: I was running an older version of the client. Complete uninstall and reinstall using
https://www.returnofreckoning.com/join.php#download Fixed the issue. The new client is dated March 2020

Mine doesn't work either. I have tried reinstalling both on the direct link AND torrent link (T.T)

I'm encountering the same issue. Tried reinstall 3 times, client repair 5 times, and still the problem persists.
