Old Bugtracker Issues

Bit confused here, do old issues that get new posts added to them show up for you guys who handle the bugs and whatnot?

Just wondering since I bumped this one: https://github.com/WarEmu/WarBugs/issues/12916

GitHub gives a notification update (with their built in notification hub) when a ticket has been updated. So technically yes they would see it, it just won't get bumped to the top of the list.

Now, the question should be.... do they check those notifications LOL.
