Twitch drops not delivered

I apologize if I'm posting this in the wrong forum -- I received all of my twitch drops that I sent to two of my characters, however, all of the ones that I sent to one character never arrived. Thanks.

There shouldn't be any issue, possibly a small delay?

Have you double checked that you sent it to the right character? Some people click the wrong character.

Non of my claimed drops have been delivered either. Maybe because I'm a fairly new player and only had one character? I didn't have a choice to choose who to send them to when I claimed them. Yesterday I made a second character but still no option to choose.

Did you close the client and relaunch the game? That worked for me a few times.

I haven't today, only logged both characters. I did however try it 3 or 4 times yesterday without success. I waited because I expected to find them all this morning. I'll try now, thanks.

You probably linked your forums account and not your in-game account. You need to be logged in here with the account you have written on your RoR Client.
