Can't open Twitch Drops event reward box

Hello there.

I happened to not be able to open the Twitch Drops reward "Otherworldy Favour" which I got from watching a RoR Stream on twitch throughout almost all of the weekend. (Event was great, btw!)

Since I don't think this belongs into the Event-Feedback thread, I will post it here at the Support section of the forums.

Neither (CTRL + Right)-click, nor (Right-click), nor anything else I tried was able to open the box of this reward. Now that thing decayed from my inventory, 24 hours later D:

Is that a known bug for some of the rewards that include a box / container that can be opened? I didn't have a comparable issue with the pet- and mount-container, opening them worked flawlessly.
