rr gain is bugged and so are locks

My character hasnt gained rr for the last hours.
Same for people in grp and advice chat.
Lock in t2 emp gave 0 too, incl bags or roll.

same for me looks like...... 3 zones no roll and no renown on killing keep lord, also no def tick.

same as above, the recent keep def and take then zone flip in ostland gave zero rr as far as i can tell, checked log also.

I did see bag rolls for t2 elf and dorf. Something definitely seems off with the renown gain, tho.
