My keybinds for some of my actionbars/morales stopped working

Hey so i logged on today and discovered that my hotkeys for my action bars stopped working. I use X/Z for some abilities and QERF for my morales however they have all stopped working please help :)

Happened to me a while back when i switched the system keyboard layout. Once i switched it back and then run the game all was working again.
DoK RR80+, Chosen RR80+, Choppa RR70+, SH RR75+ WP RR65+

This happens to me all the time, I use QERT etc. too and if I alt tab the game on loading screens this happens, pressing ALT+QERTF etc. sometimes solves the problem but not all the time. So far only reliable solution I discovered is restarting the game
