My character was reset.

Hello, I have been playing on the server for about a week and leveled up my Runepriest to level 20 with 16-17 level renown. I logged in today and found my character was completely reset to level 1. I originally logged out in Altdorf near the War quarters and my characters was sent back to Ekrund. Along with the level wipe, it is as if I had made a new character. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you.

I would also like to state that, as far as I know, I don't believe I am undergoing some sort of punishment. I have, as of now, not had any negative interactions with anyone on the server. On the contrary, the server and the people have been quite lovely. Thanks.
