Stuttering

Hi all, after the latest update, i seem to get a constant stutter every couple seconds. Weird thing is, it only happens when i join a warband. No stuttering when not in wb. i tried to disable all addons but that didnt help. Any help would be much appreciated!

I have this issue from start. Dunno how to fix it. Maybe some addon cause it but i didnt find which. If u find a solution pls wrote it here
