Nickname change help

Hello. I would like to ask you to give me 1 more token to change my nickname. I changed the nickname on the secondary character. In order to give the nickname to the main character. But I can’t do this so. the nickname was used by someone else. I would be very grateful if you can help me with this. I am changing for the first time. so I did not know about it
