[Support] I cannot log in with my character

Character: every single character on my account that is above level 1.

One unique thing about this is that this only happened to characters who shared the same UI profile.

Alkdawizard, or Alkdawiz. t1 brightwizard tried the stuck thing i name changed the toon and havent been able to login since.

Disconnected while tanking Gunbad last weekend, tried to log in, either get a CTD or kicked back to character selection. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you please explain why we cannot log in and when this problem is addressed?
- Should we leave the guild?
- Should we delete all quests?
- Should we remove certain items?
- Is this a problem because of chosen class?
- Is there an error log? So we know what´s the problem is.
- ...?

Bricked again. Currently in BFP, tried moving another character there and logging in on that one first. Didn't work, sadly
