how to make it so i say something when using an ability?

ive seen others have it so they say something when they use an ability, like when rezzing someone it will also say their targets name ("soandso arise!). how can i do this?

It's an add on. Think out loud. THen you can edit it with this command.

/tol config - think out loud config (say things in chat on cast)
