Due to the lag, I accidentally bought two pieces of armor. I would like one to be converted to a war crest.

I doubt you get refunded. But in the grand scheme of things its like 100 crests when you need 20k.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for accidental purchases, lags, or due to bugs.It has been our policy for quite some time.
