Ground Targeting

I am looking for something that can make ground targeting easier. For example being able to cast ground targeting abilities automatically beneath my target. If that is not possible, is there a way to cast ground targeting abilities without having to click? Atm i have to press the ability button, then left click to cast. I would like to be able to cast the ability by only pressing the button without the left click. I know other MMOS have these features, maybe there is an addon here that I am unaware of?

Double click the hotkey put the ground ability at your cursor mechanic. Imo it is fast enough
