It's something bugged out with the guilds, maybe guild xp.

The lag is from server side, i get used to it so i really didn't noticed it is annoying for people.
But anyways, there is a bug report for it on bugtracker, i hope it'll fix soon...

i hope to see more guild/family on ror.Play all days with the own guild help to find friends and have great moments.It's not a ''zergfest'' if you have a great guild with a lot of players in.And then,leading 24 players it's really really different to move in 6man.First of all you are lead for a lot of people,so you have on you the responsibility of 23 players and...of the war result.Because 1 wb can make the difference on RoR.And speak and try to coordinate so many players it's really hard
But it's more easy blame the zerging black/yellow and regequit elsewhere
