I'd suggest the addon "Assist" instead of typing in a macro. It allows you to set by right clicking and using a menu or simply targeting an ally and right clicking an icon on your screen.

In all honesty, I tried to limit the addon-dependent elements in this basics video, so as to make it accessible to as many as possible (RoR community is notoriously anti-addon, I've found =P)
