the games where a wallhack matters are called "shooter" but i'm tempted to read your explanation why such a addon/tool matters in warhammer online too. unless you can provide a comprehensible explanation your posts are nothing but pissing into the wind as you crossed the road from a vanilla player to a hacker yourself.

Stating your case in a policy discussion is something different than casually implying people are cheaters just because you do not agree with the rules. The first one is fine, the second is not.

When you target a player a small arrow appears around your character on the ground.
Now try to find your heal target in a keep fight with this little arrow only showing its approximate direction and you will notice that it is totally unreliable.
Albeit it sometimes bugs in keep fights it greatly helps to localize your target, while the default UI is no help at all.
TargetRing is a improved version of your default UI, where you see, whether the target is above or below your ground.

It can't be called a wallhack, because you have to target the player first before he is marked visually.
