So the kv lair boss rings are BOE now, if you got one a long time ago let me know, chances are if you didn't use it for a while its boe.

I really need one more dark band of the fleshrender for probably stupid reasons. let me know if your willing to trade or sell x1 dark band of the fleshrender

Bind on Equip = BoE; items are bound to your character the moment you equip them, if you don't equip them you can sell and trade them;

the opposite would be BoP = Bind on PickUp; once you pick an item up it's bound to you; you can't sell it or trade it anymore.
