Tether + Craftingtooltip

Hello, I have tether downloaded and it doesn't seem to work unless I /tether force onto the target . I have the latest guardpack from Fixxer ironforge downloaded . Also I had craftingtooltip downloaded and it disappeared earlier today and when I redownloaded and put back into the file its not showing up in the ingame list so I cant use Gathermate for cultivating. Any suggestions?
