Nameplate ADD ON. (PURE?)

I have looked back through past posts and searched on internet/youtube for the PURE addon? All seem old/outdated at this point. I would like to have an addon that is very clean and 'boxy' regarding my Chars name and my enemy target. From my research it looked as if PURE was the best, but I am having trouble finding it. If someone knows of an addon that is similar, I would use that also. An addon for reticulated target would also be nice.

1: Does Pure Exist?
2: Where to get?
3: If No, where to get clean target bars
4: Where to get Reticulated and/or a clean indicator of my target for PVP
