[ADDON] KillAlert - (simplified alternative to Deathblow2)

KillAlert is a simplified version of DeathBlow2. I wanted something not as heavy as DeathBlow2. Just a simple addon that showed a Kill Alert at the center of the screen. This alert will display the weapon/ability used and the ability icon if found. These alerts are displayed in three locations. The primary Kill Alert at the center of the screen. The secondary group kill window found at the top of the screen. Finally the kills are also recorded in the chat window.

This addon is a fork from Friends addon by Caffeine found in VinyUI. The author has given a nod and a thumbs up to publish this addon.

KillAlert has an adaptive ability learning system for icons.
The Warhammer client is limited to showing only the ability of the currently active played class. This means you cannot pull icon data for any other class that isn't the one currently being played. When KillAlert discovers an ability it has no icon for, it caches it. Afterwards, whenever you login to warhammer online, it will scan all unknown ability icons and update them if found. It will also update unknown ability icons if you play on a class that does have the icon data for it. So the more classes you play the more likely that unknown ability icons are updated. However, this isn't required as the icon cache will update automatically with each gaming session.

KillAlertSlash Commands
/killalert - Shows list of commands.
/killalert groupweaponkills - Toggles display of group weapon/ability kill information.
/killalert showlocation - Toggles display of kill location.
/killalert showabilityicons - Toggles display of kill ability icons.
/killalert showchatalerts - Toggles displaying of alerts to chat window.

NOTE:

Please make sure you uninstall the Friends addon if you have it installed. If you have both KillAlert and Friends installed it will have duplicates and will cause a conflict.
