Return of Reckoning

This addon seems fairly simple to set up. Got my tank using guard and it works perfectly. However, on my SM when I use Whisper Winds I tried to set it up so that it announce "Whispering Winds 10sec". Well kinda got it to work, but its completely random. I have went through the setup several times, 100% set and it should be working every time. But it could be 1 out of 5 or 8 times it actually works in party chat. I even had someone in group in Altdorf and tried it on the dummies to ensure no blocks/parry's still completely random and I don't understand. Setup is simple and it should be working, any suggestions or am I SOL?

Well I have not received any suggestions so I have given up on using ToL for announcing Whispering Wind in party chat. How about a macro? I have tried to make one but have not had success. If it can be done what would be the script for it to work? To get WW to attack and announcement in party chat that its up.

Did you do the ignore throttle / speak if not urgent / etc etc?
