Targeting addon - help needed

Hi all,
I was trying to stumble across the mess with millions of addons I installed over years and suddenly I lost all my targeting settings. Basically I need to set my targeting again but with a million of addons I have I do not remember which one I used. Also, I was not quite happy with my existing targeting settings so maybe it was a good thing to happen.
Could you post your screenshots with your description of addons/templates used?
