A smarter Auction House experience for Return of Reckoning

What is Emporium?
Emporium is a new Auction House addon focused on making the AH easier to use, easier to understand and less painful than getting lost in endless filters and badly sorted lists.
The main idea is simple:
Instead of only showing more auction data, Emporium tries to help players make better Auction House decisions.
It is designed around what players actually want to do:
- Find useful gear upgrades
- Compare auction gear with currently equipped gear
- Restock consumables
- Find useful talismans
- Check market prices
- Spot good deals
- Sell items with better price context
==============================
Main features
Cleaner Auction House interface
Emporium uses a custom AH window with dedicated sections for Search, Shop, Consumables, Talismans and Sell, in a consistent flat visual style.
Settings panel
A full settings window with functional options for everything: buying, market thresholds, selling confirmations, UI scale, combat pause and more. Open it with the Settings button or
Code: Select all
/emp settingsThemes
Five selectable themes (Grimdark Gold, Dark Iron, Order Blue, Destruction Red, High Contrast). Switching applies instantly without a reload.
Search and browsing
Search the Auction House with clearer result rows, sorting, buyout values and price per unit display.
Saved searches sidebar
Save your current filters with one click and recall them from the Saved (N) button right under Search/Reset. Clicking a saved search runs it immediately and the sidebar stays open, so you can click through your markets one by one like a playlist - the loaded one is highlighted gold. Rename inline, delete with a confirm, hover a row for its full name.
Market price context
Emporium tracks market prices locally from the searches you perform. Over time, it builds useful price context such as typical price, cheapest seen price and sample count.
vs Market verdicts
Auction listings can show market-based labels such as Great Deal, Fair, Overpriced, Suspicious Low or Thin Market.
Buy confirmation
Buying uses a confirmation step to help prevent accidental purchases.
Gear Assistant
The Shop section can read your equipped gear and help search for possible upgrades by slot, including all four jewelry slots.
Gear comparison
Auction gear can be compared against your currently equipped item, with stat differences shown directly in the results.
Consumable recommendations
Emporium includes role and career-aware consumable suggestions to help you restock useful items faster. Potions and draughts are sorted strongest-usable-first for your rank.
Talisman recommendations
The Talismans section helps search and rank useful talismans based on role, stat, value and usability, including an Armor talisman option. Each preset button shows the gem icon of its stat.
Sell helper
Drag an item from your bags onto the item slot (or click it in the list), see the 5 cheapest competing listings with your own listings flagged (you) and suspicious undercuts flagged (low?), and get suggested pricing based on the current market. A manual price box lets you override the suggestion completely. Hover help explains every control.
Advanced selling tools
Emporium includes early beta support for pricing strategies, saved sell rules, stack splitting, batch posting, restock and undercut management.
My listings
View your active auctions with a live X/50 counter, check if they are undercut and cancel selected or undercut listings. Emporium warns you before you hit the 50-auction cap.

What's new in 0.32.11
- Saved searches redesigned: no longer a separate tab - they live in the Search tab as a toggling sidebar with a live counter, one-click playlist flow, gold highlight on the loaded search and inline renaming. ESC closes the sidebar first, the window second.
- Fixed: the Armor talisman search silently returned unfiltered results (the armor bonus has a different internal name than the other stats). It now finds armor talismans properly, with the grouped view and the correct value ceilings.
- Talisman preset buttons now show the gem icon of their stat.
- The last ornate buttons (Buy, List it / Cancel listing) moved to the same flat style as everything else - no more clipped edges, and all five themes tint them correctly.
- New diagnostic command: lists the client's searchable bonus filters.
Code: Select all
/emp stats <text>
- Settings panel () - every option is functional
Code: Select all
/emp settings - Five selectable themes with instant switching
- Fixed: gear alternatives only worked for jewelry slot 1 (the AH tags jewelry with the first accessory slot only) - all jewelry slots now find upgrades
- 4th jewelry slot added to the Shop tab
- Armor talisman option added
- Sell: competition list (5 cheapest with quantity and seller, (you) and (low?) flags)
- Sell: drag and drop to a dedicated item slot, right-click to clear, bag filter box
- Sell: manual price override ("12s 30b", "2g" or plain brass) that beats the strategy and floors
- Sell: live My listings (X/50) counter with 50-cap warnings, auto-refreshing lists, hover help on every control, cleaner buttons
- Consumables: correct endgame stat potion names, strongest-usable-first sorting, Action Point and renown consumables, rarity defaults to Rare so Potent versions show

Beta status
Emporium is already usable, but it is still in active development.
The current version focuses on:
- Better AH navigation
- Cleaner buying experience
- Market price context
- Gear upgrade discovery
- Talismans
- Consumables
- Manual and advanced selling assistance
==============================
Known limitations
- Market data is local and builds over time from your own AH searches.
- Gear comparison focuses mainly on stat bonuses and may not evaluate every special item effect perfectly.
- Talisman ranking is still being refined.
- Some item categories, slots or career-specific cases may need adjustment.
- Advanced selling tools are functional but still need wider testing.
- The game client only writes addon saved data (saved searches, market data, settings) to disk on a clean logout or . A crash loses recent changes - do a quick

Feedback wanted
I would really appreciate feedback, especially on:
- Lua errors
- Wrong prices or price per unit values
- Bad or confusing market verdicts
- Gear slots detected incorrectly
- Upgrade suggestions that do not make sense
- Talisman or consumable suggestions that feel wrong for your career
- Items that break comparison, pricing or display
- Strange behavior with selling, batch posting, restock or undercut management
- Character career
- Character rank
- What you clicked or searched
- Item name, if item related
- Lua error text, if available
- Screenshot, if possible
Planned improvements
Some things I want to improve next:
- Better sell rule management
- Activity log for selling and restock actions
- Improved repost workflow
- Role presets and better stat weights
- Better item search helpers
- More polish based on feedback

Thanks to anyone willing to test it.
The goal is to make the Auction House easier to use, easier to understand and more helpful for actual player decisions, instead of just adding more filters to an already messy system.
