So finally hit 40 on my choppa, Fingg

Beastlord quest/gear first?

Just wondering what I should be aiming for as I know there are wards n such to get before better gear

Beastlord is a must have to begin with, yes. You can just use full set at first, it has fairly strong utility proc.

Wards you get for equipping set pieces, first is Gunbad/Redeye, then Sentinel/City.
Invader gear also needed to wear Sovereign.

You may wanna use Redeye set until you get higher gear as it has pretty cool bonuses.
Sentinel set and Bloodlord set aren't very great imo, but Sentinel ring and Bloodlord weapons are BiS, so you'll still need wards and influence there.

I like to use x5 bl x4 conq on my other alts, tons of parry strikethrough to make up for not having Rampage
