When to start swapping out gear pieces? Conq to vanq

Hey guys, I am a snb waaagh spec black orc in full conqueror and I have started to get some vanquisher's pieces. Currently, I have the belt and helmet, when should I start swapping out the conq pieces for the vanq pieces? Should I wait until I have a few more pieces, so I don't lose out on the better set bonuses, or do you think the individual pieces bonuses beat the set bonuses on conq?

I would argue block % is more important that a few minor stat upgrades, and hence would switch at 5 pieces to get the 5pc bonus bonus, and only if I had the vanq shoulders. Depending on if you have BL or not, I'd stop at vanq 5 pieces and keep conq shoes.
