Would you rather go for dual Fortress Choppa, one Fortress Choppa and one Anathema or two Anathema ?
Didn't have time to test this by myself, what about you ?

Re: [Choppa] Dual - which weapons ?
Well, that is hard question, which I didnt solved yet. I dont have Bloodlord weapon which I see the best option. Two invader fortress weapons give each 5% for proc 360 damage, but You lose 6 AP regen.
There is verry bad AP regen on endgame gear: Full invader 3 AP regen, Warlord 4 AP regen and Sovereign 1AP regen... Seriously? 1 AP regen?
Insted of +2 mastery spec on Warlord and Sovereign gear, I would rather have AP regen or Parry/block strike thru.
Full invader seems like the best overal full endgame set.
You have 7% parry strike thru, 7% crit chance, 3 AP regen, 25% Auto attack damage proc, 3% armor penetration with no rage and +23% armor penetration in full Berserk which is incredibly strong.
Bloodlord + Fortress weapons seems best option, but Your healers and tanks must slot or spec some AP regen for You, not to mention using AP potion whenever they are off cooldown.

Btw in case you are talking about x2 same weapon, 2 of the same procs don't stack.

Re: [Choppa] Dual - which weapons ?
Sure. Back in a day one of devs specifically stated that weapon proc is basically a proc enabler, once proc is there having it enabled another time does nothing.
Two different procs however stack just fine.

Fort+Bloodlord for pure dmg.
You should have groupmates who can sort your AP issues (+Pots)

Right now I'm testing the double Gorebringer, not so bad at all.
