What is the first picture (helm) from Unique Skins? Is that helm acquirable?

If i remember correctly, you can get that axe as reward from the first quests in the chaos starting area (from the chosen in the first village), but i think it was also a common item to pick from the public quest influence rewards in the starting areas (Chaos, Dark Elves, Greenskins).
