[Magus] Infernal Pain tactic

Hi,
Is that tactic worth slotting for aoe splash dmg at all?

It does like 200 dmg total over its 7s duration :|

Tooltip looks more promising

C'mon... 200 damage over 7 seconds is the equivalent of a bug bite, and not those big ones you find in BC...

It is, but tooltip says it should be 700, which is ok. Am i missing something or is this tactic just underperforming for what it claim to be?

I know not all tooltips are right but 30dmg/s per target feels rly broken for tactic slot

It's an additional AoE dot for Change/Demon build but no, it's generally not worth slotting.
