Hello,
'Reduce target chanche to defends attack' applies to all defences like block, parry, dodge etc?

Don't even consider this tactic. It works differently than the description indicates. For example, if your opponent has a 20% parry, you will reduce it not to 10% but only to 18%. Hopeless tactics. Let's hope that one day Devs will give us the old CS tactics. And thus they will reduce the biggest disproportion between the mirror classes as it is now in the whole game between the tiny chosen and king of tanks KTB.

That sounda terrible. Thx for the advice, so what tactic should i run as a snb chosen?

Classic will be something like absorb, Mixed Defenses, Rugged, and 1 more depends on personal preference.

Why it is so?
Because of confusing words used in other areas of the game. Normally, we see "x gives +/- 10%" and we expect that value to go from 0 to 10, or 13 to 23, etc. Here, apparently, it is taking the actual numeric value of something and applying the 10% of THAT value. So, as Alubert said, 10% of a parry value of 20 is 18, not 10% as we have been experiencing in most other uses.

Btw kotbs tanks king... how about choosen 25% parry skill + 25% Parry tactic? 50% parry with no effort
