Deva doesn't look like the current RoR version. Maybe in our pvt server end-game situation they values are different?

Deva is like intel, corp resist, something, then 5% magic crit if I remember correctly. Anyone else confirm?
Word of Pain and Boiling Blood are no longer able to proc anything. The Bright Wizard College has confirmed this is a big deal. (stealth nerf)

"By half" or "by half a second"?
Being at work and can't check it myself.
When the first is correct, whos idea was it?

sorry i mis-read it. It's half a second.

I miss read it because it's a non-factor in my opinion, since you will probably want to use the 2% magic crit helm from empire influence. .5 second reduction is only gonna help arctic blast become 1 global down from a mere 2.0 second cast. The rest of your stuff is gonna be insta or a global anyways.

Unless the mechanic is messed up and hand of ruin ticks faster than normal. This is worth checking out possibly if you have the free 60 medallions to get the helm one day.

It only procs on direct hits anyway. Useless for dot spec.
I just thought that someone put close quarters as a proc on a set. xD
Dying is no option.

True, then it is better used on healers or bomb spec sorc/bw. Close quarters + a half second reduction in cast time sounds promising.
