Malekith bulwark not working?

is it just me or the tactic malekith bulwark dosent work? 75 % reduced magic dmg and i still get melted fast? either it dosent work.. or i dont understand the skill. thought anyone?

Nope, reread it. Looks like it comes out to 25% reduction.

it said the dmg reduction get reduced "to" 75% not by/of, well if you have **** res you under debuff you still take shitons of dmg, look carefull what are you building, if you over cap res you get 40+25=65% magical res.
