Need an updated WE build and RR spec

I finally hit lvl 40 today w/ RR46. I've been looking through some of the builds on the forums these past few days, but most of them reference using the FM tactic [pre-nerf]. What are people running now after the nerf? I'm in Annihilator gear for now and feel pretty weak. I can't seem to burn anything down. I can barely survive openers from WHs at my level or lower and still die to them shortly after I get up from a knockdown. Even if I get the jump on a WH, their bullshit Repel Blasphemy makes sure they can turn the tide. I won't even bother jumping WLs without a small zerg behind me.

I'm looking for current solo roaming builds/tactics and RR specs if anybody can suggest something current. As well as what talismans people are socketing in their gear. What should my STR, WS, Initiative, and Toughness stats look like at this level? I'd appreciate any advice.

I would love to have Repel Blasphemy. How much do you normally crit on a light armor target?

For starters.
Beastlord helm, chest, cloak, jewelry, pocket.
Anni shoulders and gloves.
Conq boots and belt.
Then you have to work your way up to upgrade to vanq/sentinel.

Thanks for the info, I'll definitely be working on Beastlord gear. I can't say I remember having that gear on Live.

weap, main hand epic quest elf proc snare and off hand scenario/other

build pick elixir disrupt or vanish with the 4p anni

rr survival>full parry+futile strike or glasscannon>full crit

make sure you have all pots in ur backpack, heal/regen/ap/absorb. it helps a lot.

I like this. I would only move the tactic from "increased pain" to "swift movements", especially if not going glass cannon, so you be of help in Warband size actions too. If going full glass cannon then simply focus in Apothecary and fill yourself with potions. You gonna need them
