Im currently leveling a WE.
Has anyone a good build for WE, for Roaming in small Groups or doing some Scs?

Basicly only 2 builds with some variations:

PA+ On Your Knees/Treachery build

or

Black lotus+Witchbrew/treachery

WB and OYK are optional depending on how high up in treachery you will go.

and which tactics should i choose? thx for your help

Brute Force, Flanking, Increas Pain to maksimize dmg. When you will be able to cap str without Brute Force then drop it ofc (but don't think it is possible with current gear).
4th slot up to you. Taste of Blood stack with Flanking. Sacrifice Rewarded if you go solo, as it make you more resistant. Riposte in heavy parry build.
If playing OYK build you may try Bleedig Edge coz your RA will hit nice.
If, for ever reasons, you will try Sacrificial Stab build you may try Mark of Morarthi (+gear with aa speed).

It is not required. But I always giggle when spec double KD. It is rather for fun spec. Give you nothing in solo encounters. Give you nothing when 1vs6 or more. Theoretically in1vs2 you can use it to control field but... if you are good you will win without it also. If they are good you will die even with double KD.

Try to mix 2 armor sets so you can achieve double str and double wounds bonus. Don't worry if there exist sets with higher armor value. You will get it. And between WL and tanks armor debuff and WH ignoring armor skills difference in armor value are not important.
Also Beastlord set (back, jewelery , pocket item) give nice wounds buff. 2 genesis jewels (for next str bonus). 4th slot is up to you (3rd genesis, maybe Gunbad jewelery).
Very nice is ofc onslought set. But you need full wb to farm it.
