Negative. Weapon appearances tend to provide information about the spec you're playing. Allowing misinformation would be a disservice to players who intelligently choose their targets.

Or if you are RR70+ and want to help out assisting by applying the heal debuff you can use this RoR.builders - Disciple of Khaine

For renown it is best to focus it on defense. Block, Parry, Dodge Disrupt & Futile Strikes, for example like this
