Deft Defender < Futile Strikes, always

But I'd say run this:
RoR.builders - Runepriest
RR 40 with full anni

RR Spec:
http://waronlinebuilder.org/#renown;000 ... 0000000100

Talis:
Full armor with 1 or 2 +20+ wounds talis

Jewels:
3 piece Impervious Winds for great resists and the 210 armor bonus and the skaven - chance to be crit ring or the 3pc beastlord set (ring, cape and pocket) for even more armor.
I disagree that futile strikes is better than deft defender always. If you've got high initiative, then sure.. but one init debuff is going to take your chance to be crit way down (not completely negating your FS I'd imagine but it's substantial). You'd want high init (250-300+?) before you worried about FS.

Also, Regenerative Shielding over Restorative Burst? Not sure I agree. Maybe just difference in playstyle.

FS3 is just my personal favorite, d/d can work as well. And about AP, you have the ap ritual and 2 AP pots on separate cooldowns, no need for restoburst.

As long as it is possible to abuse ap pots with unreasonable short cooldowns, any ap regen on gear or via skills is secondary. Was it ever explained why it has to be 60sec in RoR?

2 or 3 min was it.
Just wondering, because 60sec is a totally made up cooldown value.
