For the zealot the ap ritual is useless, because it only procs on attack. In moments where you have enough time to waste gcd on offensive skills, you hardly need AP.

EDIT: Missed that it is about RP. For RP you indeed don't need resto-burst. :)

Yeah for yourself directly it is indeed useless for healing but indirectly it's naaais. Give the dps some extra fuel so they can build up pressure and you have a far more relaxed life. Same with the dok AP tactic.

Zealot swayes more towards dps whereas RP is tanky as hell for a cloth based healer.
